The location was a nightmare! Surrounded by pachinko parlors and smoky alleys, just getting to the hotel with luggage was a hassle. Plus, the elevator stopped on a floor that reeked of cigarette smoke, making every ride unpleasant.

I was really thrown off by the lack of privacy in the shower; the glass door left me feeling exposed. Plus, the toilet made this loud noise every time I sat down, waking up my friend at night. Super annoying!

The property is fairly clean; new-fashioned and huge rooms; comfortable bed. The staff are professional, we loved them. Also, the location is quiet, minutes from Taiyu-ji. There is a metro station close to the hotel, perfect for us.

We had an excellent stay at villa Fontaine, enjoying the fantastic location surrounded by a diverse selection of restaurants and shops. the cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the dedicated staff made our experience really good. we particularly appreciated the great-sized room with a separate shower and toilet, along with the convenience of a spa on-site. having everything we needed just a short walk away enhanced our trip.

the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around easy. our room was cozy, accommodating our family of three and our luggage comfortably. the breakfast buffet stood out, offering a good variety of dishes, especially the japanese specialties. the attentive staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the convenient laundry facilities that accepted ic cards.

i loved how the hotel was just a short stroll away from nakanoshima park and the innovative floating garden observatory, making it super easy to soak in the beauty of the city during my walks.

The breakfast offered a good variety, especially for Japanese cuisine. The room felt a bit cramped for our luggage.

The hotel was beautifully modern and our room was very comfortable. The Japanese breakfast buffet was particularly delicious, and we loved the hotel's prime location next to a multitude of fantastic restaurants and close proximity to major train stations.

the ONLY trouble was that there’s no place to hang clothes in the shower room (so awkward! ). but the location is super close to the metro, and the breakfast has many fish options to choose from! cleaning staff were polite and remembered my preferences!

Families will find it comfortable!

The breakfast was a feast, fresh options and the chef was super friendly. Plus, the coin laundry came in handy for our little one's clothes even though it's a 2 in 1, perfect when traveling light!

It wasn't affordable as I hoped but still worth it for the quality.
